Desert Oasis Pro Builders was founded by long-time friends Sebastian Lauber and Grady Bautista to provide high-quality handyman and property maintenance services to the Tucson community.

Both founders are Tucson residents with backgrounds in sales and customer service, and they saw an opportunity to leave the corporate world to work hands-on with their local community, helping property managers, Realtors, investors, and homeowners maintain and improve their properties.

As the company grew, Desert Oasis Pro Builders expanded its services to larger renovations, remodels, and full-scale construction projects, reflecting the team’s commitment to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality solutions. Through years of experience, the team identified a critical gap in the industry: skilled tradespeople who communicate clearly and manage projects efficiently. “We wanted to take the professionalism we learned in tech and real estate sales and apply it to our business,” says Grady. “Clear, fast, and consistent communication is often missing, even with highly skilled craftspeople.
